Get Involved! Blue Nose 2019
Who are the Good Food Crusaders?
The Good Food Crusaders is the name of our Blue Nose team and we are champions of good food and great communities like Dartmouth North! We’re participating in the Scotiabank Blue Nose Charity Challenge to raise $15,000 for the Dartmouth Family Centre/Dartmouth North Community Food Centre. We also sponsor members of our community walking group to do the Blue Nose 5K.
How can I get involved?
Join our Blue Nose team! Register for the Blue Nose Charity Challenge, select us as your charity of choice and help us raise funds for Dartmouth North. You can register online here. If you’re a new team member and raise more than $250 we’ll pay your registration fee and you get in free to Blue Toes for Blue Nose, our polar bear dip and launch fundraiser.
Join us for a Blue Nose information night at the Dartmouth North Community Food Centre Monday, February 11th at 6pm to find out more about all the ways you can get involved. From our fundraising launch event Blue Toes for Blue Nose (a polar dip in Lake Banook followed by lunch), to individual fundraising ideas, to details about the event itself.
Stay tuned for more exciting Blue Nose fundraising events and activities that you can get involved in.
